Microsoft 365 Copilot integration
Monitor Copilot usage across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Copilot Chat alongside browser-based AI tools. A single dashboard and compliance report covering every AI system in your organisation. Automatically detects which Copilot surfaces are in use, who is using them, which models are serving requests, and what files Copilot accesses. Works with all Microsoft 365 licensing tiers.
Service provider and MSP capability
Managed service providers can purchase a pool of licences and allocate them across multiple customer organisations with a unified management dashboard.

Shadow AI risk detection
Enhanced PII detection using natural language processing to identify sensitive information that pattern matching misses. Names in conversational context, organisation references, and contextual data leakage. Builds on the existing Shadow AI Discovery to move from visibility into active risk identification.
Dynamic policy management
Organisation admins configure detection sensitivity, monitoring scope, and governance policies from the dashboard. Changes push to all extensions automatically via the heartbeat mechanism. No manual user updates required. Enables per-team and per-role policy profiles.
GDPR personal data access reports
Supports GDPR Article 15 requirements enabling users to request AI interaction access history reports from the dashboard.

Agentic AI and API governance
As organisations deploy autonomous AI agents and route AI traffic through APIs, governance needs to extend beyond browser-based interactions. We are exploring API-level governance capabilities including policy enforcement, spend controls, and audit logging for third-party AI API traffic.
