AI system inventory, policy generation, risk assessments, and evidence packs with minimal input. Designed for organisations with 10 to 500 employees who need compliance without a dedicated team.
Extended data retention
Configurable retention periods beyond standard tiers, with compliance-grade export formats including PDF, CSV, and structured JSON for external audit tools.
GDPR personal data access reports
Supports GDPR Article 15 requirements. Individual users can request a report of their access rights and history directly from the dashboard.
Account-aware risk scoring
Risk scores adjust based on the AI platform account type being used. Free-tier accounts where prompts may be used for training receive higher risk scores than paid or enterprise accounts with contractual data protections.
Safari extension
Vireo Sentinel for Safari on macOS and iOS. Will be prioritised based on customer demand.
Service provider and MSP capability
Managed service providers can purchase a pool of licences and allocate them across multiple customer organisations. Single pane of glass for managing usage, risk posture, and compliance across the entire portfolio.
